SIP One: To deliver, implement and embed the HQIP training and monitor its impact within lessons.

SIP Two: To deliver training and prepare staff for the new writing framework.

SIP Three: Development of Digital capability - effective use of laptop/ipad devices and Microsoft Teams/One Drive and Share Point.
